Shadow Factory is pleased to announce the appointment of Saurav Chatterjee as Group Chairman of Shadow Factory. Saurav is the brother of the late Amit Chatterjee, Founder of Shadow Factory, and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role and we are very pleased to have him on board.

Saurav joins with 23 years of experience in finance as well as 10 years of experience in technology hardware and software implementations.  As Group Chairman, Saurav is responsible for the company’s capital markets strategy as well as heading up a seasoned team of creative professionals delivering cutting-edge value.
